Sunday, January 20, 2008 12:02 AM went to bugis shopping wif Mad 4 CNY clothes. v sry tat i was late. bought 2 tops. quite contented actuallie. dun reallie hav the mood. it was damn crowded like siao. n u totally cun breathe. i promise i will neber go there again within this period. OMG. after tat meet Cheng to take bus to Downtown East. v sry to hav let Jas n Rovin waited. dunno the bus fr bugis to Pasir Ris took so long. n v paiseh to Rovin. cum awhile den nid to go off le. no time to catch up wif him. he looks pretty much the same but still, i tink he has slimed down. haha. n the rest of the guys rched soon after. TzeYong, ZhiWei, TianMing, Zheng Jie, MingLong, EngFa, Eugene, GuoYao n of crse Aaron, the one who invited us to Esther's bdae party. reallie miss the feeling of us suaning each other here n there. n esp Jas n ZhiWei who cun seems to stop fighting. lol. so now i tink dis yr there will be more of us catching up with one another bahz since all of us r turning into 21 n there r bound to be gatherings n parties. so looking forward to all of them. u guys will forever be remembered in my heart! =] Thks GuoYao's parents for sending the 3 of us hm. haha. so near oni. so not reallie v thick skinned la rite? WAHAHA.
sumtink to share. my Uni frens sort of kinda hate the idea of having a chalet n organising bdae party there. they tink it is rather for those small kids to hav fun bbq-ing the food n dun reallie tink tat it is a fashion nowadaes for us pple who hav rched 20 to do same likewise. while everyone has their point of view to sumtink, but sumhow, i cun reallie agree wif them. i saw adults, i saw pple older den us getting together n sharing joy n laufter wif their kins n loved ones. n i noe they r happie. i tink it is not reallie the place tat matters. is the pple u r wif, the pple u r sharing ur joy wif. the fact tat all the pple r sincerely getting together n giving u the warmest blessings are the best-est tink u can ever wish for. i cherish such get-togethers, i cherish such friendship, i cherish such wonderful moment, n i cherish the fact tat u guys r wif mi. the bond is still there. n i noe it will alwaes be. lots of luv.  US =]  4E1- n B'dae ger Esther just a little follow up on Aaron's blog. reallie agree wif wat he has said. reallie. It dawned on me that perhaps as all of us go about our day to day chain of events, scuttling around totally engrossed with the ambitious goals and materialistic wants in life, that we may have missed out on the stuff that really matters. The human connection, the emotional bond to the people around us, whatever you may classify it as. Perhaps it is time we slow down and look up, and see the world for what it trully encompasses. That big car, sprawling mansion, country club membership are all nice things to have but I seriously doubt they can bring to the indivual that inner joy and satisfaction with life. It does not matter where you are... neither does it not require much effort to make that change. Have dinner at the dining table with the family and the TV off, chill out at a park instead of a bar, watch a movie at a friend's place instead of a cinema, etc... If everyone to place a little more emphasis on the smaller bits in life... I am very sure the world will be a much more friendlier place to be in.- Aaron copyrighted 真。心话 |
